St. Aidan’so Senior Choir
Members of the St. Aidan’s Senior Choir were lucky enough to have the opportunity to participate in Clare County Council’s Traditional Singers in Resident programme with traditional singer Elle Marie O’ Dwyer. Over a period of 4 weeks, pupils explored the characteristics of Irish traditional songs, learned about reputable traditional singers while also performed a number of traditional songs. It was an invaluable experience for the pupils and one they all thoroughly enjoyed. Pupils will receive a CD of the songs in the coming weeks.
